We have a developer preview installed in our phones [How to get Windows 8.1 before its official launch], So some changes will be made in the final stable version of update regarding bug fixes and small improvements.

Yes you've heard right , File Manager is coming to Windows Phone and steady steady Microsoft is building its blocks.
In Official Windows Phone UserVoice portal a user suggested to add file manager to windows phone , eventually it got high votes after which Microsoft heard UserVoice replying the offcial release date of the file manager called "Files".
It will release in next month i.e. June of 2014.
According to screenshots it is clear that it will allow to view files, marking of files, creating new folders and may be more features.
